About LCF
Welcome to La Cuisine Française, the first stop for every chef – from the beginner, who aspires to put something delicious on the table, to hobby chef or semi professional, who likes to watch a professional chef at work.
La Cuisine Française is a unique location for special events. It is set in a 17th century canal house, where the Cookery School and Chef’s Table, have a view of Amsterdam’s Herengracht (Gentleman’s Canal), and the Private Salon (Salle Privée) at the rear of the building looks out over a beautiful private garden. The rooms are special places for personal and business meetings. You will be welcomed by owner and chef Pat van den Wall Bake – Thompson and her expert team, who are driven by a desire for culinary excellence and the opportunity to share their knowledge with a wider audience.
